| Ivy was our first real show dog. Together, Ivy and I
learned the ins and outs of the show ring. Ivy was beautiful in our eyes,
but unfortunately she was not a show dog. This thrilled Ivy as she absolutely
hated going in the ring.
During her "show career" Ivy came home with only 1 blue ribbon. Looking back now, I am so happy I decided to have the picture taken. Debbie Struff handled Ivy for me at the time and is pictured with her in this photo. In August of 2000, Ivy tragically passed away. Our kennel name is our tribute to Ivy. |
